Difference Between Android 2.3 and Android 2.4

Google has been busy churning out new Androids the 2.3 and the 2.4. These two products are similar in some areas and quite different in others. Each device goes by the name of Gingerbread but their release dates are different. For instance, the Android 2.3 was first introduced in December 2010 and the Android 2.4 was released in April 20011. The 2.4 version of the Android series has a ViewPad 4 Veiwsonic feature.

Google’s new Android Honey comb 3.0 operating system has many upgraded features that makes owning this device a must have. It has large screen support for both the tablets and the Smartphones. The 2.4 version has many features similar to those of the Honeycomb. It will support application single applications that are set to run on dual processors. The 3.0 was developed to entertain both the single and dual core and to support dual core environment. This means that this device has previous features of Honeycomb integrated in the system for better and more maximized performance.  It support live streaming and has a built in media and picture transfer support system for USB.

Android 2.3

Gingerbread, which was released in 2010 of December, has new incorporated features in addition to the ones found in the Android 2.2. it has the UI themes, reinvented keyboards, new copy and paste interface, and a better download manager application and communication support. It also has multi camera support and large screen enhancements for large views. Additional features that were added to this device are new power themes for energy saving, SIP calling for audio and video, high frequency communication transfer, Video playback in WebM8 format, new audio virtualization with bass, headphones, and equalization use, input enhancement support for gamers, and multi camera support.
