There are frequent changes in our mood. Just as there are certain changes in the weather, mood swings without any prior warning are also possible. At one time, a person may feel happy and the very next moment he may show anger or sadness without any reason. Thus we can now understand the need to differentiate between a person having mental person and a person who is generally moody.
