Difference Between Queen Bed and King Bed
Queen Bed and King Bed are two comfortable beds of different size that are used in the house.
Queen beds are generally used by the couples as they can accommodate two adults easily. These beds fit in the master bedroom or in the guest room perfectly.
King bed is extra comfortable and is perfect for people of larger proportions. It occupies more space in the bedroom, and is quite large for average sized folks. It is suitable for bigger rooms as in case of smaller rooms the king sized beds will take up a lot of space and one can move with a lot of difficulty.
The standard king or the Eastern king bed and the California King or the Western king bed are the two different sizes of King Beds that are available in the market. The sizes of these beds vary according to region. In UK and Ireland Queen and King Beds are of same size.
Generally King bed has more width than the Queen bed. The king-sized beds are 76 inches in width and 80 inches in length. The queen beds are 60 inches in width and 80 inches in length.
