LG Optimus 2x

LG is the first manufacturer to produce the dual core processor in mobile devices. In the market today, the competition seems to be with processors, especially those that are geared toward smart phones. High-speed modems processors are next on the list of upcoming competitors. The LG Optimus 2x is the newest release from LG; the Tegra 2 is a high performance dual core processor that LG cannot stop talking about. There dual processor is the first to be placed inside a smart phone, with a 1GHz high speed Processor. The Optimus has a 4 inch WVGA display and has its own IPS which is found in the iPhone 4. LG sold their IPS technology to Apple so they could create the iPhone 4. The mobile phone as a 8GB memory, dual front and back action cameras, and a TV output support system.

Samsung Galaxy S

The Galaxy S is the smart Android phone with a hummingbird 1GHz processor. It has a 4 inch touch screen display and a 480×800 pixel resolution. It contains a 5-megapixel camera, with a 720 HD video, with a 8GB/16GB internal flash memory. It also has a 512 MB RAM with Blue Tooth, USB and radio functionalities. It contains an open document editor it is a full size smart phone in a slim phone body. It has a QWERTY keyboard with Swype, WI-Fi support, and it supports Gmail, Gtalk and email messaging. It uses the Chrome lite browser and uses the (Éclair) Android 2.1 operating system. T has a FM radio and a 3G tri- band network support system. It has a 1500 mAh battery. The Optimus 2x was released in Korea in January of 2011, but the Galaxy S is available worldwide.
