In a women’s makeup kit, eyeliner is an indispensable part. It is a must for anyone who wants to makeup her face and look pretty. The eyeliners are applied at the outlines of the upper lid of the eyes so as to put more emphasis on the shape of the eyes and provide it an aesthetic beauty. Although the pencil eyeliners have been a favourite among women for ages, women nowadays prefer cream as well as gel eyeliners.

Both the cram as well as gel eyeliners have a lot of things in common. Both are thick in texture. Both are applied only on the outline of the upper eyelid as applying them on the lower lid causes irritation. Both provide a better effect on the eyes. Many brands are present in the market that provides both the types of eyeliners. Although the gel eyeliners are not as smooth and soft as the cream eyeliners, yet they are much more long lasting and persisting than the cream eyeliners. A survey proves that cream eyeliner are much more preferred than the gel eyeliners.
