Difference Between Good Carbohydrates And Bad Carbohydrates
Carbs are carbohydrates, an energy provider that is required to keep our body healthy. The greater intake of carbohydrate contained food only increases the energy levels of the individual. It gives a kind of strength hitherto unknown. Carbohydrate contains large amount of fiber. As it is said that fiber helps to remove toxins and also keep our cholesterol level lower.

Bad carbs are contained in confectionaries; pastries sodas etc.Bad carb eaters usually face problems of obesity coronary heart diseases high level cholesterol. Foods that contain bad carbohydrate are generally very relishing and even sold at a high rate.
Continuous eating of bad carbohydrates will result in weight gain problem as it contain calorie. If foods containing high carbohydrate are taken then all day long one feels energetic. Bad carb hardly gives any energy. To lead a healthy life one should be very careful about the food items that he or she consumes.
