It consists of a variety of systems, methods and policies that determine specific areas that are below expectations and requirements of the company’s services and products. Quality control basically aims towards questions like what needs to be worked on, what is wrong and how it can be fixed.

On the other hand, the term quality assurance is linked to procedures and processes that aim to see the possible errors that can prevent this from happening before it happens. Quality assurance covers all possible threats linked the services and products that may arise in the future, especially with regard to product safety, legal issues and the like. Quality control is part of quality assurance in the sense that they determine potential problems that can happen, and how these problems properly, can address in order to minimize the impact on business as a whole.

Between the two organizations tend to focus more on the practice of quality assurance rather than quality control. This is to prevent the loss of revenue to replace the business association and increases in costs arising due to handling problems that arose after starting a particular product or service.
