Difference Between Unethical and Illegal
Man lives in societies that have rules and regulations of conduct towards each other. There are standards that are implied and are followed by individuals who are a part of the society. But there are individuals who are engaged in activities which are considered unethical or against the standards that are a result of hundreds of years of collective existence. There is another word that is illegal, perhaps best known because of the punishments that are given to those who are involved in illegal activities by the courts of law. Although at first glance there seems to be a real similarity between unethical and illegal, there are many differences between these two concepts will be highlighted in this article.
As long as it complies with rules and regulations, standards, values and belief systems of the company or organization that has worked since his conduct is ethical and legal course. Only when he gives in to the habits that are unacceptable to society or the organization these problems arise. By having a romantic relationship with a girl half your age is not illegal, yet it is considered unethical and may raise some eyebrows. The pretense of your income tax and men do not ranking your return is as illegal as it is unethical.
There are countries where abortion was legalized, but religion still considered against the ethics and moral values. This is where a person who believes in moral values feels torn between her belief system and the legal system. The same goes with the views and opinions of people in a country where gay relation was legalized.

If an employee uses the telephone line in his organization to make personal long distance calls, he not doing anything illegal but it is an unethical conduct. The same applies to those who copy software from the office desktop to use at home.
