Difference Between Heathrow Connect and Heathrow Express

Heathrow express and Heathrow connect are sources of transportation between London Paddington Heathrow Airport. The trains are different in terms of fares, number of seats in the trains and stations they stop and cross. Heathrow connect and Heathrow express are these options for traveling between the Heathrow Airport and London Paddington. These trains follow the same route from London Paddington to Heathrow Airport. Heathrow express came into existence earlier than Heathrow connect. Now they are in use at present. Heathrow Express Company and First Western Company jointly run Heathrow Connect train system. It runs between Paddington and Heathrow Airport. This train service connects a number of localities in west London. The train on the service runs every 3rd and 33rd minute of an hour. For example a train comes at 12:3 pm. The next one will come on 12:33 pm. Heathrow connect was started in June 2005. It has German made trains using 5-coach Class.

Another train service is Heathrow express. It serves as a link between Heathrow airports to Paddington station in London. HEOA controls the service. The Prime Minister Tony Blair in 1998 launched this train service. Heathrow is not a part of state Railing system. But it uses the lines of National Rail System. The Heathrow train express leaves every fifteen minutes 5:10 being the first train. The last train leaves at 23:25. The rains are German made. The train service is famous for reaching the destination at accurate time. It is joint venture. It need not show performance of statistics.

Relief lines of the Great Western main line joining the Airport and Paddington is used by Heathrow Connect. To avoid crossing the main lines the trains make use of fly over tracks. The lines are certified. Heathrow Express travels between Paddington and Heathrow Airport Junction and makes use of the main line of the Great Western Main line. Lines are certified. The train service of Heathrow Express uses the terminals 1, 2 and 3. It leaves after every fifteen minutes. It is an expensive service. Heathrow connect is functional in the same way but its price are comparatively cheaper. So, the difference is associated with the fares of both the services.
